My name is Susan Nicholson and I am an experienced Senior Human Resources Practitioner with over 20 years experience and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and Accreditated Mediator with the Mediators Institute of Ireland.

I started my career in the Pharmaceutical Industry in a multinational Pharma Company, Gilead Sciences Limited, straight out of my Master's in Human Resource Management with so much to learn! 

After over 7 years, I moved to the world of FMCG in Mars Foods where I worked in HR and took a career detour into the Commercial side of the business to hone my business acumen.   

I moved to an HR Consulting Business when I decided it was time to return to HR gaining invaluable experience working directly with clients across diverse sectors.

Having expanded my sector experience further by spending 5 years in the Financial Services Industry in Swiss Re Insurance, I took the decision to focus on Consulting to partner with individual Companies, Leaders and Teams to manage the HR process - from setting up the basic foundations of the HR structure to managing more complex Employee Relation issues with a specific focus on Learning and Development and a commitment to supporting Leaders to get the best out of their teams to reach full potential for success.
